BreakDoor Cash, Gold, and Gems
Print round money in the numbered room, then spend Gems on classes and spins.
BreakDoor runs two wallets that people mix up in the lobby. Round cash and gold come from the numbered safe room: cash machines and gear factories. Gems come from promo codes, Lucky Spins, and other account rewards. Cash buys the door that is currently being chewed. Gems buy Life Wizard, Magnetic Storm Warrior, and extra spins. If you treat Gems like a substitute for a machine, you will still be on wood when a Hunter finishes First Blood.
This page is the money script for Humans. Role timing lives on How to Play Survivor. Door and turret spend fights this page for the same pile of cash; those fights are documented on door upgrades and room turrets. Hunters do not print this economy. They delete it.
Cash machines and gear factories
Official listing copy tells you to stack cash machines and gear factories to print money. That is the whole early Human plan. Find the number, occupy the room (Home Sweet Home), and tap the printers before you tap the laboratory. Cash machines feed the upgrades you click every few seconds. Gear factories feed the longer spend: later door tiers, turret, and research. Gold is not a cosmetic twin of cash. Keep both moving. A room that only stares at one counter stalls the other unlocks.
There is no honest per-level income table on this page. GhostTribe can retune printers, and a fake spreadsheet would be worse than no spreadsheet. Watch the machine UI in your match. If the next tap still looks cheap and the door is quiet, take it. If the door is showing a warning state, the printer can wait. Survivor footage is consistent: upgrade door and cash or gold machines early, and do not ignore a door under attack. That sentence beats any invented +per-second chart.
Quiet rooms should double-stack. One machine is a start. Two printers plus a door off wood is a round. Three printers while a Hunter is on the frame is a convert waiting to happen. Spend like a shop that can be robbed, because it can. Conversion (From Prey to Predator) turns your factory into a new Hunter. Empty the threat, then print again.
What round money is for
Cash and gold exist to buy time against two evolving Demons. Time is a wood door becoming something closer to Eternal Divine Gates. Time is a turret that fires while you look at research. Time is Lethal Poison, Human research lines, Life Wizard portals, and Mechanist Mech damage. Weapons end with Horn of Counterattack. None of those systems print themselves. If you starve the printers, the weapons guide is a museum tour.
Priority in a live round is not a personality test. Quiet: printers, then door off the starting tier, then turret, then laboratory. Warning state: door repair or door tier, then back to printers. Last minutes: weapons and poison over another factory if Hunters have already evolved. Powerhouse (10 million Human damage) is a late flex, not a reason to skip the cash machine at spawn.
Hunters read your economy from the door. A plywood entrance with loud machines is a snack. A high door with empty printers is a snack in five minutes. You want printers that stay on and a door that is expensive to chew. That pair is the only economy flex that matters on the win screen.
Gems, codes, Lucky Spins, and classes
Gems are the account layer. Redeem codes from Settings in the top-left of the lobby. Live strings sit on the Codes Hub. Typical code gifts are Gems and trial cards such as Auto Repair. Auto Repair helps Humans fix eligible objectives. It is not a second cash machine.
Lucky Spins spend Gems. A common price point is 1,000 Gems for one spin and a bundle discount if you buy ten. Spins can drop gold, chests, trial cards, breakthrough materials, and rare jackpots. They can also drop small gold that feels like a slap. Spin with leftover Gems after you know whether you want a class. Do not spin the welcome code into nothing before you have read a round.
Human classes cost real Gem piles. Life Wizard is 25,000 Gems. Magnetic Storm Warrior is 30,000 Gems. Life Wizard work includes teleport portals and the Twin Portal badge. Human class stages track Breakthrough. Those unlocks change how you play a room. They do not replace printers. A Wizard with no cash machine is still a plywood story. Save Gems toward one class instead of scattering ten single spins if you already know which kit you want.
Account money versus tonight’s money
New players dump Gems because the lobby UI is shinier than a numbered room. Do the opposite for a week. Redeem codes, play Humans until printers stay on during a warning, then buy a class. Play Hunter once so you see a starved room from the other side (How to Play Hunter). Mechanist Mech damage (Iron Awakening) and Cutting Edge still want round cash after the Gem shop is done.
Use the Guides Hub if you are lost on which system the money was supposed to feed. Use Updates when an event changes a shop. Rankings on the tier list do not print gold.
A clean economy round has a boring ledger. You redeemed codes before queue. You occupied the number. You stacked a cash machine and a gear factory while the door was quiet. You stopped printing the instant the entrance complained. You did not spend 30,000 Gems on a class you cannot feed. You reached research with a door that still existed. That ledger, not a Lucky Spin highlight, is how eight Humans make twenty minutes. Keep the two wallets named correctly and the rest of the wiki gets cheaper to follow.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the difference between cash and Gems in BreakDoor?
Cash and gold print from room machines during a round. Gems come from codes and Lucky Spins and buy classes such as Life Wizard.
Should I upgrade machines or the door first?
Start a printer, then lift the door off wood. If the door is under attack, stop printing and read door upgrades.
How much do Life Wizard and Magnetic Storm Warrior cost?
Life Wizard is 25,000 Gems. Magnetic Storm Warrior is 30,000 Gems. Redeem codes first so you are not spinning the whole pile away.
Are Lucky Spins worth it for new accounts?
Spin leftover Gems after you decide on a class. Spins can drop gold and trial cards, but they do not replace a cash machine.
Where do I redeem economy codes?
Settings in the top-left of the lobby. Current lists live on the Codes Hub.
Do Hunters use cash machines?
No. Hunters break the rooms that print. Your printers are the thing they are trying to shut off.
