BreakDoor Spend Order for a Human Room
Income, door HP, turret, research. Break the sequence only when a Hunter is already chewing the gate.
This planner is a priority list, not a spreadsheet. BreakDoor rooms eat two match currencies, cash and gold, and they eat them on a twenty-minute clock while two Hunters evolve. GhostTribe can retune a machine price without posting notes, so this page refuses fake exact costs. What stays useful after the 11 September 2026 client bump is the order: grow cash and gold income first, then door HP, then the turret, then research and weapons. The Tools Hub is the index. This is the actual plan.
Gems are a different wallet. Life Wizard at 25,000, Magnetic Storm Warrior at 30,000, Lucky Spin at 1000 (10 for 9000), Courage Core, Grudge Ember, and chests do not belong in the four-step room order. Bank those on the Codes Hub after lobby Settings. Auto Repair Trial Cards are for Humans and help the next eligible match; they are not a substitute for step two.
Step 1 — Cash and gold income
Your room prints. Early taps that raise the printer multiply every later tap. A Human who buys a vanity weapon on a level-one machine will stare at an empty wallet when the door starts smoking. A Human who feeds the machines while Hunters are still probing other rooms will afford the gate that actually matters.
Practical habits:
- Put the first pile of cash into income, not into a lab node you saw in an event trailer.
- Keep gold in mind as soon as prices start asking for both. Cash-only thinking dies in mid-match.
- If you reconnect, confirm machines are still running before you spend. Occupying a room is not the same as printing.
Income is not a religion. The moment a Hunter is on your gate, you are in step two even if the machine wants one more level. The planner exists to stop you from ignoring Hunters, and also to stop you from ignoring compounding.
Step 2 — Door HP
The official pitch upgrades doors from flimsy wood toward Eternal Divine Gates. Whatever the current name on the panel is, the job is the same: buy time. Hunters win by opening the room. You win by still having a door when the clock is ugly.
Raise door HP as soon as income is ticking and a Hunter could reach you. Do not wait for fire. Cracked is a request. Smoking is a demand. Fire is a post-mortem. Details and warning language live in the doors guide and the doors tier list.
Break the planner for the door. If you must skip a machine level to thicken the gate, skip it. A rich corpse does not cash out. Mechanist week does not change this. A mech on wood is a piñata. NewHunter week makes this step louder, not optional.
Step 3 — Turret
A turret is the room hitting back while you manage machines, research, or a wander for boxes. It does not replace a door. A strong turret behind paper still lets a Hunter in; once they are in, the turret is furniture. Buy it after the door can take a hit, not as a fashion item on an empty frame.
When the turret is live, you can look at economy again without donating the occupy. That is the whole point. If a patch after 11 September 2026 changed fire rate or range, you will feel it in one match. Adjust the gold you reserve, not the position in the order. More turret notes sit in the turrets guide.
Step 4 — Research and weapons
Laboratory toys, Lethal Poison windows, weapon climbs toward the Horn of Counterattack, Map Vision, and class-flavored mecha nodes all live here. They are powerful and they are late. Lethal Poison during an event is still a step-four purchase. If you rush it on wood, the Hunter never stays dead because they never needed to; they walked in.
Weapon upgrades help you contest a breach. They do not stop the breach by themselves. Pair them with how to play Survivor and the weapons tier list. If you main a Gem class, still finish steps one through three before you show off. Classes do not print cash.
When to break the order
- Hunter on your door now. Door HP, then turret, then breathe, then income.
- Conversion event language. First downs are more expensive. Keep the door honest and save Auto Repair cards. See events.
- You are the only wood in the lobby. Skip a greedy machine level. You are the tutorial for two Hunters.
- You already have income and door and turret. Then, and only then, dump gold into research.
Hunters can invert the planner as a scouting tool. The room that bought research first is the room you hit. The room that followed the order is the room you delay. That targeting note belongs in how to play Hunter and players/hunters.
Two wallets, one clock
Match cash and gold run the four steps. Gems run the account. Do not sell the room to finish a Lucky Spin. Small Gold at 60% of that table will not thicken a gate. Do not skip WELCOMEDOOR in lobby Settings because you were busy min-maxing a turret; 1000 Gems is still 1000 Gems. Redeem with how to redeem, then come back to the machines.
Getting Started teaches the occupy. This planner teaches the taps after the occupy. Controls keep you from fat-fingering the wrong panel. Scripts that auto-unlock a room skip the lesson and gamble the account. If you only remember one sentence from the Tools Hub, remember this one in the live match: printer, gate, gun, lab — and the gate jumps the queue the instant it screams.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the BreakDoor upgrade order?
Cash and gold income, then door HP, then turret, then research. Jump to the door the moment a Hunter is on it.
Why not buy weapons first?
Weapons contest a breach. They do not prevent one. A Horn of Counterattack fantasy on wood still feeds the Hunter. See weapons.
Where are the exact upgrade prices?
Do Auto Repair Trial Cards change the planner?
They help Humans in the next eligible match. They do not replace step two. Claim them from codes, then still upgrade the door.
How should Hunters use this planner?
Attack rooms that skipped the order. Delay rooms that already have income, door HP, and a turret. Details in how to play Hunter.
Does Mechanist or Lethal Poison skip income?
No. Event research and mech kits are step four. Events change which node you pick, not when you are allowed to pick it.
