BreakDoor Mechanist, NewHunter, and Live Tiles
Roblox event rows, the Iron Awakening badge, conversion pressure, and class weeks after the September client.
The official BreakDoor page on Roblox currently surfaces two event names in the events row: Mechanist and NewHunter. Those tiles are how GhostTribe advertises live content without a public Trello. This page explains what those labels likely mean in an 8 Humans versus 2 Demons match, how the Iron Awakening badge ties to the Mechanist track, and how conversion pressure, Lethal Poison windows, and class events change what you buy with Gems or spend in a room. Pair it with the Updates Hub after any new Updated stamp, including the 11 September 2026 client bump.
Events do not replace the twenty-minute clock. Humans still stack cash machines and raise doors. Hunters still evolve and break rooms. An event changes which class, research, or hunter kit is the loudest tool during that window. If a tile is gone tomorrow, the underlying loop on Getting Started is still the game.
Mechanist and Iron Awakening
Mechanist is the mecha-facing event. In BreakDoor terms that means Human-side machine combat: heavier support, a class that wants turret and research synergy, and a badge named Iron Awakening for players who actually complete the mech track instead of only hovering the Roblox Join Event button. Treat Iron Awakening as proof you engaged the Mechanist content, not as a door HP upgrade.
If you queue Human during Mechanist week, your spend order still starts with income. A mech without cash machines is a costume. After the first income ticks, raise door HP so a Hunter cannot laugh at the costume, then the turret, then research. Mecha-flavored research is wasted if the room is already open. Read the upgrade planner before you dump match gold into a cosmetic frame.
If you queue Hunter during Mechanist week, assume some Humans will look scarier and some will only look busier. Target the rooms that skipped door upgrades to pay for the event kit. The hunter job did not change: find wood, apply pressure, leave fortresses for later.
NewHunter
NewHunter is almost certainly new Hunter content: a kit, a pressure tool, or a presentation pass on the Demon side. GhostTribe’s original pitch is that Demons evolve the longer the match runs until they become late-clock nightmares. A NewHunter event is the studio putting a spotlight on that half of the 8v2.
Hunters should spend the first event matches learning the kit instead of forcing old Attack Aura habits from scripts. Humans should expect different break timings on doors and should not copy last week’s turret delay. Watch the hunters notes and the classes list the same week the tile appears. If the event also drops a code, redeem it from lobby Settings using how to redeem before you queue; Gems will not land mid-siege.
Conversion windows
Some BreakDoor drops talk about conversion: a round-state change where a lost Human, a downed room, or a contested occupy feeds the Hunter side faster than a normal breach. This wiki will not invent a percentage. What you can plan for is tempo. If an event description mentions conversion, Humans should treat early deaths as more expensive than usual and should keep Auto Repair Trial Cards for the next eligible match. Those cards are for Humans and come from codes such as HappyGame on the Codes Hub.
Hunters in a conversion window should create the first down instead of sightseeing. Two coordinated Hunters who crack one weak door can snowball harder when conversion is live. Two Hunters who split across eight upgraded gates waste the event. Read how to play Survivor even if you main Hunter, because you need to know which rooms look convertible.
Lethal Poison and research events
Lethal Poison is Human-side research that, in event and lab language, aims to stop a Hunter from bouncing back after a kill window. When a patch or event highlights Lethal Poison, the Human lab is no longer optional flavor. Finish income and door HP first, then buy the research instead of another vanity weapon tick. See weapons for how lab tools sit next to the Horn of Counterattack climb.
If Lethal Poison is featured and you skip it, you are donating revives. If it is featured and you rush it on a wood door, you are donating the room. Event research does not cancel the qualitative order on the tools hub. It only changes which research node you pick once the room can survive a knock.
Class events
Class events spotlight Gem sinks. Life Wizard costs 25,000 Gems. Magnetic Storm Warrior costs 30,000. Lucky Spin is 1000 Gems, or 10 for 9000, with Demon at 0.1% and Small Gold at 60%. A class week is the worst time to gamble those spins unless you already own the class the art is selling.
Redeem WELCOMEDOOR (1000 Gems) and Nice10000ccu (2000 Gems) first. That is 3000 Gems, not a Wizard. Bank, then buy. Courage Core and Grudge Ember at 2500 each, Skill Cooldown Gem at 1500, Chest 1 at 1000, and Chest 2 at 5000 are accessory spends. During a class event they are distractions unless the event text says otherwise.
Check players for survivors and hunters when a class tile lands, then the tier list. Event art is marketing. Your twenty minutes are still door, turret, evolution, and whether the helicopter-side clock runs out before the gate does.
When Mechanist and NewHunter both show on the Roblox row, pick a side for the week instead of buying both fantasies. Iron Awakening on the mech track and a new Hunter kit are different homework. Recheck the game page, skip fake Discord invites, and come back to this page only after the tile text changes. The Updates Hub will tell you whether the client stamp moved; this page tells you which event noun to care about when it does.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What events are on the BreakDoor Roblox page?
The live tiles this wiki tracks are Mechanist and NewHunter. GhostTribe can add or remove rows without a Trello. Recheck the official game page.
What is the Iron Awakening badge?
A Mechanist-track badge for engaging the mech content. It is not a door upgrade and it does not replace cash machines.
Does NewHunter change Survivor play?
Expect different break timings. Keep door HP current, do not delay turrets, and reread how to play Hunter so you know the new kit.
What should Humans do in a conversion window?
Treat early downs as more expensive, hold Auto Repair Trial Cards for the next eligible match, and keep income plus door HP ahead of event cosmetics.
When does Lethal Poison matter?
When an event or patch highlights it, finish income and door HP, then buy the research so Hunters cannot bounce back as freely. Skip it on a wood door.
Should I buy Magnetic Storm Warrior during a class event?
Only if you will play that class. It costs 30,000 Gems. Redeem codes first; two welcome-style gifts will not cover the ticket.
